Pregnant or not? (Really confused) :(

I haven't been planning to get pregnant and I already have a wee girl that's just turned 3 and I have just got engaged so everything is going good until my sister made a comment saying that she thinks I have put on weight so I went and got ovulation strips thinking there were pregnancy one as I was nervous and they all turned out positive and then I done some research and it states that they can also pick up pregnancy hormones so I started panicking and I went to tescos and got their own brand and they both came up very faint blue positive on the left.
So today I went and got a clear blue digital and it said not pregnant.
I feel abit down cus I would love to have another baby and it would be a miracle as my fiancé has been told by his doctor that it's not possible due complications with his illness.
Please help..

The opks are not positive but I can see a faint line in the hpts. My advice would be try again in a few days and see if the line is stronger.

Definite faint blue lines there, congratulations! I've had a positive test result from asdas own kit, where I got a false negative with clear blue digital as well. I know it's frustrating but like pp said give it a few days and test again.

I'm afraid I don't think there's any colour to the lines on the blue dye tests; I'd say they were evaps. How long after taking the tests were these photos taken?

Thank you girls for replying, am really nervous I send a urine pregnancy sample into the go today and it would be a dream come too and then I would feel even more complicate as am very happy at the moment already with just being engaged!

Do you agree with your sister? Has your body changed shape? That'd be vv unusual if you were early enough to get vv faint positives. But,
hCG drops after a certain number of weeks. 18? 20? I forget. Could you be that pregnant and not have realised? It does happen.

I remember, yonks ago, a 'known' poster started a thread along the lines of 'eh? My belly button has tuned inside out. How can that happen?' Negative opk. Turned out she was 23 weeks or something. She had dc already. ''Twas a long and lovely thread. She was not dim!

Sorry but I don't understand mrslettuce

Sorry.
hGC is the hormone that urine pregnancy tests detect. This rises in early pregnancy but decreases after a certain point. So, a heavily pregnant woman would get a negative urine test for pregnancy.

I have put on a wee belly but nothing big tho I think it has been all the crappy food I've been eating since I have been back from holidays which was roughly 5 weeks ago and I last took a period 2 weeks ago though I have been having a wile lot of cramping today. I have tooken another tescos pregnancy test today and it said negative so I feel really confused, I wish I knew the results for real and if am not I can move all instead of feeling like crap wishing that it was true.
