Hello
I'm 30 weeks pregnant and started taking sertraline 10 days ago. Apart from a number of side effects I don't really feel any better. Just wondered if anyone else had taken them and what your experiences are x

I found it took effect once the side affects wore off.

I think it takes about 2 weeks to get in your system before you actually start to
Feel better? Have you spoke to your midwife? X

Thanks for the replies . I'm due with the midwife next week so will speak to her then. I discussed it with the gp and hoped they would have started working by now. Hoping for a miracle I think x

I would give it a bit longer and wait for the side effects to go away but see how you feel and see what your midwife advises :) x

Hi there,

Usually takes at least 2-3 weeks to see benefit and the same for side effects to settle.
Hopefully you will be feeling better soon xx
