Abortion pain?

I took my first lot of tablets today, and I'm due to take my second lot tomorrow. How bad is the pain? Will I cope with it happening and looking after two children? I'm terrified.

You'll be ok mine was painful, my friend had barely any pain. I felt a bit faint but ran my wrists under cold water and felt better. Make sure you have painkillers and plenty of pads in

Thank you, I just wish I could do it on my own instead of having my children at home with me, but I've got no one to have them. I hope it doesn't last too long x

It went as well as it could go. I was barely in pain and I didn't bleed like they said I would. was all over in around 4 hours.
