2 months after termination and I'm still bleeding??

I had an abortion 2 months ago... I'm still bleeding.... BUT I got the injection at the same time... And I read online it can be a side effect... Can anyone help? (Tmi part) it doesn't smell bad but it's dark red most of the time and then there'll be a little bit of normal red blood.. Sorry I know it's gross
