i had the pessary today and started bleeding about an hour later its quite heavy passing clots (feel quite sizeable) do i rest or go for a walk ? i seem to have a gush if i sit for a while then stand up i had to change knickers and trousers first time !

Hope your ok how are you feeling I am going through it now my little ones gone to sleep thank God so am lying on the couch

I had feet up on sofa and just made sure I went to toilet every 30 mins. And by 5 hrs later I had gone back to normal period amount so could sleep b ut had to rush in the morning

sorry didnt reply, it calmed down a lot yesterday still heavier than a period but not bad hopefully calms down more today !
