Not quite sure how to word this, here we go.
After I give birth I had stitches and we're really painful it's now been 3 weeks and I'm still hurting it's really hurts to sit down and get back in again but iv recently noticed the pain isn't in the stitching area it's by my bum at the bottom of my spine it feels like iv damaged a bone.
Has anyone else experienced this or is it normal?

It's not something I experienced (my baby is 5 weeks and I had quite a major episiotomy). If you're uncomfortable though, then it sounds like something isn't riht and you should get checked out. As your baby is so young could you not speak to a midwife? Not sure what it's like in your area but where I live I could speak to them up to when my baby was 28 days old.

Not sure about pain in bone but I was still healing/in pain for 12 weeks after episiotomy...it does end!

I had an episiotomy and it took me 10 weeks for the stitches to feel 'normal'. if you are worried get them checked.

I had something similar, apparently my tailbone got displaced, the only time it didn't hurt was when I sat cross legged on the floor and stretched out forwards. A quick session with an osteopath fixed it Smile

Could be your coccyx?
