Pregnancy moan!

So iv just been in the boss' office for him to say during conversation that 'I'm putting it on quite quickly'!! - so that means he thinks im getting huge rite?
I then go out to my female collegues and jokingly tell them what hes sed, totally not bothered at this point by the comment expecting them to say 'what? no i dont think uv put much on!' .... but they didnt... not one of the 2 of them said anything of the sort...just 'hes a male he does not know what to say and what not to say' sort of comments...so i then left that conversation totally convinced i must look huge compared to pre-pregnancy!
I dont even think im put weight on much anywhere other than my belly. but now im totally paranoid that i just cant see it cos i see myself everyday.
Help!

Its really annoying when people say things like that and it does make you paranoid. I've had 'your big' and 'your tiny' on the same day! and I panicked, but I just had my first measurement with the mw and i'm completely normal. Try not to let them get you down I just let it go over my head now. congrats on the pg btw!

Thanks...altho i think the comment more refered to my general weight gain, ur putting it on fast, as in everywhere as if he only ment my bump i really dont care how big my bump gets, just kida paranoid about my arms and things putting on weight. i do seem to have shot up on the scales - have put on over a stone already and im 24 weeks.

Shouldnt be worried tho as i put on over 3 stone last time round and lost it all very quick so as long as i work the same this time round i dont care! hopefully my youth will help as im 24 and keep being told that helps u spring back better. who knows!

Bet ur relieved after being measured, i cant wait for her to check my bump out so to speak! gotta wait till 28 weeks tho as its my second until i see her again - last saw her at 16 weeks so 4 more weeks and all will be revealed!

I also regularly had people tell me I was getting big at the same time as other's said how I wasnt showing much!

SIL was the most annoying though - every single time I saw her she would say "Ooh look at you! You're even bigger than last time I saw you!". Once I saw her in the morning then that same evening and she said it both times...

lol maybe thats a SIL thing as mine does exactly the same- kind of getting off on the fact im getting fatter each time as shes always envied me for being so slim when shes quite big so now its like shes loving rubbing it in every time i see her! - along with poking my belly to try get baby to kick - which is really really pissing me off now as she does it all the time, im like stop poking my baby girl she wants to sleep! lol.
