Sick of wearing clothes!! My bump needs freedom!!

Am now 29+3 and I am so sick of being fully dressed!! In particular I hate my maternity work trousers! Sooooo uncomfortable!!

The first thing I do when I get home is get changed in to a MASSIVE t-shirt and I will quite happily stay that way!!

Everything I put on feels like it squishes my bump - even though it doesn't really.

So not a question - more of a rant really!! Anyone else want to say no to clothes!?

yay!!!!
me im loving it as i have never been comfy being completely naked but right now i could work in the buff

my fav time of day is getting in and laying on my sofa butt naked! (with blinds closed)

i also sit in work with trousers rolled up and top folded up over bump

Best feeling in the world
oh im 27+4

Agree totally - 36+5 here and hate clothes, generally wandering around the house naked or in one of DH's t-shirts.

Trouble is my ever expanding bump means I'm down to about 3 t-shirts which are properly baggy enough to not bother me......

I am getting fed up at work too, as I have to wear trousers so totally get where your coming from. not sure work would be delighted if I showed up naked though

out of work though, I am living in casual dresses, even though I'm not normally a dress person, and its bliss

What about either maternity dresses or very soft over-bump trousers? Isabella Oliver was good at both when I was last pregnant.

Chelle1986 · 08/07/2010 12:26

Thanks CATILLA - but I think its more a sense of 'bump freedom' that I want...haha. I just want to have my belly out all the time and lay there with my hands resting on it so I can feel the kicks. I think pregnancy is turning me in to a bit of a nut case!

I am comfy in my maternity jeans - its just I would much rather be in my giant t-shirt!

If your on a budget I bought some lovely summer dresses from peacoks and asda.

I just bought a few sizes bigger so instead of a 16 I am a 22 but I have loads of space in them

Is anyone else finding in this weather that their bump gets hot before any other bit of you? I can't wear any over-the-bump trousers or pyjamas atm as I overheat really quickly.

I'm 39 weeks and clothing makes me want to cry. Forget about anything looking nice - I'm just wearing what fits. And taking it off as soon as I get home. Going for a birthday meal tomorrow and hoping I can still get into my one dress!
