Abdomen area funny pain

I kept getting a tightening pain in my abdoemen... is this my uterus pulling itself up

I had a miscarriage before and I knwo it is nothing like that pain.

Its like there is a string being pulled up from my womb.

Hi RoxyLady I am nearly 20W and have been getting thie 'tightening' pain since about 10W now. MW says it is completely normal - is just ligaments and uterus stretching and making way for baby.

Hope this puts your mind to rest. I think unless you have severe pains and bleeding there is little cause to worry
