Ok I have a dd who is 4 (she went full term) and a ds who is 7 months (was born at 37weeks on the dot).

With both of them I had terrible SPD, was on crutches for the majority of my pregnancies, would cry with the pain was having physio, and seeing an chiropractor, pretty crappy time with both.

After having ds I had a retained placenta, so had to go to surgery to have it removed, the surgeon told me it was because i have a bicornuate uterus. I googled it and by all accounts i'm lucky to have two healthy children.

I'd really like a 3rd, am I just being stupid and putting myself and the baby at risk?

I dont think you are being stupid - I have bicornuate uterus and have 1 DD who is nearly four and am pregnant (7wks) with no 2.

There are always worries involved, but the hospital will keep a close eye on you. With me, I was having scans every 2 weeks and DD was delivered at 37 weeks by C-section as she was breech and running out of room, and the placenta wasn't working properly!

If you think you can cope with SPD and another pregnancy, then it's up to you Maybe do some research about anything you could do before pregnancy?

And by the way, don't read the internet stuff on bicornuate uterus's, it's too scary and often not the case for everybody xx
