Anyone used one of these? Just been looking at car seats and noticed this. Initial thought was oh good idea, second thought was hmmm...nice to be looking at baby whilst careering into the back of the car in front or riding up the kerb?!

Definitely get one, it's a great buy and well worth it. It really reassured me that I could see my daughter, and now she's worked out that she can see me and she smiles in the mirror at me

I got mine off Amazon for about £6, don't pay Mothercare's prices. One of the most useful bits of baby kit we've bought.

I didn't have one with DD, but that's as I'd never seen them before.

Dumb question but does anyone know if this works if the infant seat is behind the drivers?

DD sits in the opposite seat and I wasn't intending on changing her round, as she is forever chatting to me and telling me when the lights are red and green, and if she sits behind me she can't see anything.

Waffle sorry.

Ignore me, won't work as it will need to attatch to dd's headrest anyway, and her seat will be in the way.

I had one with DS and it was very useful - so nice to be able to see that they're asleep/awake/vomiting etc...

one of the best things we purchased last time and as long as you get the angle right with your rear view mirror then it should work either side of the car. Very reassuring to be able to see LO when you are driving and much safer than trying to turn round if they are screaming or suddeny go quiet.
