Hello, about a week ago I got my NHS maternity Dental/Prescription card. I though I put in my baby folder but I can't find it. What happens now, how can I get a replacement? Will I need it at all?

If you want free dental/prescriptions then yes - though if you haven't had your babe yet, and it's q obv that you're preggers you can probably get away with it.
Ask you MW at next visit for another MATB1 form.
