I really wanted to join a Pregnancy Yoga class when I was last pregnant, but didn't get round to it due to work commitments, etc. I have the chance now, but don't really do a lot of exercise anymore (apart from walking around a mile or so a day through school run, etc) and I know that it's not recommended that you take up any new exercise when pregnant, but I wondered if it would be okay to start this since it's pregnancy-related? Also, I've not done any Yoga before and wondered if I would cope!!!
Any advice would be appreciated!
