Help! My boobs are killing me!

I'm only 6 weeks pregnant and can't really see any noticeable size difference yet but they hurt so much. I can't sleep, every position is uncomfortable.

Is it as simple as getting a new bra? Are there any tips to reduce the pain?

Try ice or heat. A bra will help if yours is currently the wrong size, but pregnancy can make your boobs just hurt and there's not much you can do about it unfortunately. My boob pain eased alot after the 1st trimester as they slowed down growing.

Wear a bra in bed (a soft cup / sports bra / crop top type one) - it's much more comfortable.

A bra without underwiring for at least some of the time is good. Mothercare do a two pack for £20 and you can get an assistant to help with the fitting. I was shocked at the size difference at 8 weeks!

No tips from me but I wanted you to know that I'm in the same boat as you. I'm about 6 weeks and mine hurt and also feel quite dense - as in, harder than they were. I'm also getting bigger and none are my bras are comfy any more. Sigh.

Thanks for the advice. I think it might be time to go bra shopping!

Yesterday I went bra free for most of the day, other than a couple of hours when I left the house, and wore a reasonably tight fitting singlet to bed, and slept much better! It was probably more the lack of bra for the day than the singlet, so I'm thinking although I can't tell there is size difference, there must be.
