Is this the start of something?

DD1 was ELCS at 38wks as she was breach. I've said with DD2 I'll go for VBAC but if she isn't here by 39wks then it's another ELCS as I don't want a trial of scar.

I'm currently 35 wks. All yesterday I had lower back pain. On and off since early this morning I've had period type pains and the back pain is worse. Is this the start of something or am I just hoping too hard to look for the positives in this unbearable heat?

Sounds very much like the start of something to me, though it could all quiet down and you'd be waiting again . . . but it sounds like labour! Best of luck to you.

It all went quiet just after lunchtime yesterday. No more niggles since then.

I suppose it's just as well given that I've not yet packed my hospital bag but have started to put together a pile of things to take.
