Weird pulsating feeling in left thigh

Started to notice this happening over the last two weeks (I am 25 weeks). It's in the same place, and just the left thigh, never the right.
Any ideas what it is? I was thinking trapped nerve, and nothing to worry about, but haven't had it before. Should I bother the midwife/doctor? Should I be worried?
I get it once a day sometimes, sometimes twice, sometimes not at all, random times.

Yes it sounds like a trapped nerve. I get them all the time, in different places. (In fact I had one towards the end of my last pg, at the top of my stomach, which I thought was the baby moving... very freaked out when it continued after he was born - thought there must be another one still in there they had missed .)

Nothing to worry about AFAIK.
