Im 32 weeks pregnant with twins and am getting really bad pains at the top of my back round to my bump. Its coming in waves and hurts like hell. been going on since about 3 this afternoon then it stopped for an hour and is starting again. Could things be kicking off or is it just par for the course?

As you are having twins I would be keeping a very careful eye on this as they are more likely to come early.
how far apart are the pains? Best phone the labour ward for advice x

It feels different from dd but have been told every labour is different. Just dont want to waste peoples time if its nothing

Would phone for advice. I did have false labour with my second a week before he was born. Irregular but suitably painful contractions all night. By the morning they had gone away and had to wait another week!
