Twinges before baby hiccups - anyone else?

In the last few days I have found that for about 15 minutes I get fairly regular painful twinges on my bladder (I think - it doesn't directly make me need the loo but it feels like the same place and it blimming well hurts!) and then the baby suddenly starts hiccuping and the twinges stop. I wondered if anyone else has found this or can shed any light on it? It's not a problem but seems odd! I'm 36+2 weeks.

I would always get something painful checked out Emster - might be a unrinary infection or something.

However - sometimes I feel a kick 'building' like a tightening sensation before a big kick. Not sure how else to describe it but I am putting it down to the baby rolling into a comfy spot and then stretching out a bit.

It doesn't feel like anything to worry about, I don't think - it's just the baby doing something odd which obviously leads to hiccups! I had a midwife appointment yesterday and had my urine checked then so I think all is fine.

I think I know what you mean about the kick building - you know they're about to do something big...
