Is is possible to drink too much? I'm 32 and really hot ( surprise!) and have an unquenchable thirst. I must drink about 3 litres a day at the moment.

As long as it is spread throughout the day and not 3 litres in one go, it is fine.

However, if you are much more thirsty than normal, see your GP to check that you haven't developed diabetes (or other rare conditions). Pregnancy can cause diabetes (gestational diabetes) but diabetes can just occur for the first time during pregnancy by coincidence.

Oh ok thanks. I had a diabetes check thing at my first mw app, and all the usual blood urine tests regularly.
