Help!
Only 20 weeks 1d and have been suffering from very bad backpain for last couple of days. Have given up wearing heels as this seems to make it worse and have bought a bump support belt but it still seems painful.

Any words of advise?

20 weeks is (IME) around the time when your bump gets big enough to start affecting your overall balance/centre of gravity and you tend to start arching your back without realising it. Have a look at your posture in the mirror and try consciously straightening your back and tucking your pelvis under.

Also, lots of pillows around you for support in bed at night, if you're not already doing this! If lying on your side, at least one pillow (ideally 2!) in between your legs keeps your back straighter.

During my first pregnancy I suffered terrible with back pain from around 20 weeks. My midwife sent me for a few physio appointments which helped a bit. Also as jack suggested maternity pillows are great!
