Want to start getting a bit more flexible but work hours prevent me attending a class at the moment so looking for a good pregnancy DVD either yoga or pilates, something active not just breathing!
Can anyone recommend a good one?

I don't have a recommendation, but I'd say don't get the DVD 'Pilates For Pregnancy - The First Trimester with Tasha Lawton'. It thought it was awful - no proper warm up or cool down, amateurishly filmed and annoying.

I am currently using Lindsey Jackson's 'Pilates for Pregnancy' and it is excellent. I have also used her 'Pilates for Mums' in the past and also very good. You may be able to borrow these from your local library - this is what I did to try them out before I decided to buy them.

I'm quite enjoying Erin O'Brien's pregnancy fitness DVD, although it's more aerobic than yoga style, and also pregnancy yoga with Tara Lee.

I like BuddhaBellies Yoga DVD (this one).

The 60 min yoga sesh feels like a decent work out, though finding 60 mins to do it is hard. The other sessions are good to stretch and extremely relaxing - I thought she was a bit of a bossy boots at first but realised quickly how hypnotic it is - I go into a meditative state now when I do it and feel like I've had a good night's sleep as well as a work out when I finish!
