Vertigo in pregnancy

Hello,

I'm seven weeks pregnanct and when I woke up this morning the room was spinning.

If it tilt my head to the side the room spins.

Has anybody else had vertigo in pregnancy? All tips welcome!

I had this. I as told it was a blood pressure issue. The only thing I can say is to get up slowly, don't rush out of bed. And try and eat, it does help. Sucking on sweets seemed to work too, I always had a stash of polos. It could be the start of morning sickness too, I've never known queaziness like it .

Thanks Sandybits. I have really low blood pressure so that must be why I'm getting vertigo. Started vomitting last week. It's only every other day but the nausea is terrible.
