I have had hayfever for many years, my nose runs all summer long however it is always clear. So i would say it is a cold you have not hayfever.Green or yellow is usually sign of infection

A lot of your symptoms certainly sound like Hayfever to me, but I agree with Websticks that runny nose discharge which is not clear is usually a sign of an infection.

I would recommend talking to your local pharmacist who should be able to recommend something for you.

I have had hayfever for the last 15 years, I never suffered from it until I moved from a town to the country... also surrounded by fields!

I would see your doctor if you can't cope with it. If it's a cold, there's very little you can take and if it's hayfever you need to talk to your doctor about what to take as there are no anti-histamines or sprays other than plain saline that are recommended for us in pregnancy.

Either that or try taking paracetamol for 2 days - if it gets better, it's a cold, if not, it's probably allergies.
