I've been having a nightmare this week with the high pollen count - absolutely streaming - and of course you can't take anything. I tried this stuff called Hay Max last night in desperation which is basically beeswax - you smear it under your nose and around your nostrils (I know, sounds disgusting but it's a bit like Vaseline and you only need a dab) and supposedly it 'catches' the pollen before it gets into your nasal tissues. Well, I don't know if it does that or something else, but I know that yesterday I was pouring snot(!) and today was about a million times better. Thought I'd pass it on to anyone else who's suffering!

Nelson's Pollenna. You can buy it in Boots. Completely homeopathic, safe in pregnancy. You just chew two little tablets three times a day. I really feel it has worked for me better than any of the usual stuff. Took it last summer while pg. Now taking it for bfing. Try it!

I find smearing Vicks around my nostrils works and of course Vaseline on its own would work too.
