Don't really have a question as such, just wondered if anyone else had this. I'm 37 weeks, and midwife today said baby's head is fully engaged. I'm quite shocked by this - my bump is still very high up, my bra is really uncomfortable where it digs in, and he's constantly booting my ribs, i thought when they engaged it was all meant to drop down?

Also (and i'm not complaining here at all!) i'm not remotely waddly! I thought you were meant to feel them low down in your pelvis, making it hard to walk? This isn't the case for me at all. It's just not how i expected it!

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

Me too! Babys head has been fully engaged since I was 36 weeks but feel no different at all! I did ask MW if it meant baby would be here soon and she said nope they can be fully engaged for weeks!

i've felt them straight away as soon as they've gone head down and started to engage- trust me, its probably better not to have that 'head in cervix' feeling for weeks upon end! and yes, doesn't mean they're going to come any sooner....

Oh ok glad its not just me! My midwife did say it wouldn't neccessarily be any sooner, but am just relieved it will hopefully mean he won't be breech!
