Probably TMI but I'm past caring and my head is going to fall off soon

34 weeks pregnant, stupid heatwave to make me feel so much better and to top it off I somehow manage to get the worst cold I've ever had in my life.

My head seriously feels like it's going to fall off (sinuses) and my face will turn inside out if I have to blow my nose 1 more time.

I really didn't know it was possible to have this much snot in one person.

Ugh, how horrible. I had a cold at 6 weeks and that was bad enough. Try facial massage to relieve the sinus pressure - it can make a big difference. And steam bowls.

Its rubbish not being able to take anything.

Not sure if it will help, but Vicks vapour rub also do a bubble bath that can help clear sinuses and isn't as harsh as head over steaming water.
