I'm 7+4 today and getting panicky as my symptoms seem to have vanished overnight. Up until this morning, I've had nausea (no actual sickness, just feeling very very car sick), tiredness, tender breasts and loss of appetite.

However, when I woke up this morning - I felt absolutely fine - don't feel pregnant at all so now I'm worried that this is the beginning of a miscarriage.

I know I am probably being extra paranoid as I've already had 2 miscarriages.

I guess the good thing is that I have not had any bleeding / spotting but as I've already had a missed miscarriage I know that lack of bleeding does not necessarily mean all is ok.

Has anyone else lost their symptoms around 7 weeks but everything turned out ok???

Hi Lou,

Just thought i'd let you know that i'm exactly 8 weeks today, and have been feeling less tired and nauseous the last 3/4 days which has been worrying me lots! Boobs still slightly sore but I keep convincing myself they've gone down a bit (although prob driving myself mad!).

Weeks 4-7 felt like death, so tired, i'm just praying that now i'm perking up a bit naturally and it's nothing sinister. I have been making an effort to sleep more than usual though so that might be making a difference. I had a scan last week at 7 +1 and things seemed fine, but I know that doesn't necessarily mean anything sigh. No bleeding though which hopefully is a good sign. Still worried about a mmc though...

Sorry, just rambling and probably not reassuring, but just want you to know that you're not the only one worried about this!

Hi Cheese

Thanks for replying. It's such a roller coaster isn't it? I know that for some people, their symptoms come and go so hopefully this is the case for us.

I have managed to arrange a scan for tomorrow morning at 9am so I'm hoping that will show that everything is fine. Don't think it will stop me from being stressing tonight though.

I know, it's so hard isn't it? I'll be crossing my fingers for you though!

I wish I was minted and could afford a private scan every week- i'm not sure how i'm going to cope with another 4 weeks or so wait until 12 weeks!
