If the first day of my LMP was a Friday, which day do i go up a week in my pregnancy??

is the friday day 0 or day 1?

I can't work out if I am +3 or +4 today for example and if I become 7 weeks next Thursday or next Friday...

The first day of your period is Day 1, so you go up a week on a Friday.

I always think of it as you can't have 2 fridays in a week. If that makes sense. So the second Friday you have entered your second week.
