Hi lia just got back from being scanned for one.
One sided pain
cramping
upset tummy/ diahorrea
shoulder tip pain

mine was not ectopic - caused by a cyst on left ovary

period due yesterday or tomorrow, am feeling sometimes its about to arrive sometimes feeling preg, tested yesterday and was neg but if I hadn't done that, i would think i was up duff.

Have had shoulder tip twice today, not agony but enough to make me think, ooh, whats that.

Achy on left side but that quite normal for most of the time really.

nothing else, am prob just worrying about nothing and period will arrive in morning.

Hi, i haven't had one myself but thought i did when i MC in march.

I was told that usually symptoms start about 6 weekish as the tiny baby wont hurt tubes till then ish, also shoulder tip pain would be the last thing to look out for as you would prob have alot of pain and bleeding as shoulder tip pain means internal bleeding, so that would be last thing to look out for, and as my doctor told me, most woman get alot more symptoms before that.

and also pains in sides are common in pregancy all ligmaents stretching obviously unless its a terrible pain.

BUT

Trust your 6th sense. If something is niggling ask for 48 hour blood test and referral to EPU.
