Has anyone lost their notes?

I've got my booking in appointment this afternoon and I think I've lost my notes. In fact I'm pretty sure they probably went out with the recycling last week .

I'm not sure what I should do - whether to give them a call and 'fess up in advance or just turn up with no notes. Does

I was frantically searching for mine the other day and briefly wondered if they went out with the recycling - thankfully I found them though.

I am 37 weeks though so thats a lot of info to go missing!!! I take it you are just early stages as you are having your booking in appt? Shouldnt be too much of a problem I wouldnt have thought? So maybe just turn up without them and go from there? Good luck!

I would turn up with no notes, offer my apologies and ask for a new set.

Your booking in appointment is usually the first opportunity they have to take detailed information from you so I doubt you've lost anything that can't be replaced at this stage.

I told them that I'd lost my notes and they were fine and just gave me some more - no telling off or anything!
