husband with deform sperm can I get pregnant?????????

I was trying for 8years, nothing happen than i was in the list fir Ivf my husband has diform sperm, now I have 14 months a baby, I want to try again to get pregnant as I am 36years I am dreaming of 2babies in my life, can i get pregnant without IVF, i CANT AFFORD to pay for one, I dont think I will receive second one free is well. anyone have the same problem.

I don't think anyone can really give you a proper answer to your question which is probably why no replies as yet... None of us would know if you can or can't it will depend on so many factors that are personal to you.
Have you spoken to your GP?

I think you should check with your PCT - I believe some places WILL pay for IVF for a second child, although many don't. Not sure though.

Sperm quality is a strange animal. If your DH has deformed sperm, the questions are: How much of his sperm is deformed? How much sperm does he produce overall? Also, sperm quality can change over time. It's sort of dependent on what happened about three month ago. His sperm quality might have improved/might still improve if he cuts out alcohol, avoids heating up, doesn't smoke, etc.

Did you conceive "naturally" last time in the end? If so, that is a strong indication you might again.

thanks, I will check with my PCT, I also never think to ask about how much sperm is deform, i conceive naturally, I dont have any problem at all, he doesnt drink or smoke but he get stressed very quick.

Iam really happy as i just find that I am pregnant without IVF, i AM REALLY GLAD, i am now 16 weeks, hope evevrything will be fine, good news for all the mums in the same situation.
