Weird - stinging really sore skin on arms/hands?

Weird question ladies - I'm 14 +5 pg and today both my arms have been incredibly stinging and realy sore.. I'm wearing a short sleeved top so it can't be anything to do with like washing powder etc.. when i think about it my lower legs have been somewhat similar in the evenings but nowhere near as bad as this.. have rang MW but no answer yet..

Have you had any luck with this with your midwife?
Have you tried extra moisturizer? with the idea that maybe you have especially dry skin with the pregnancy? I got heat rash when I was pregnant and it started like this. Notice any 'pimples' or 'spots' coming out?
Drink lots of fluids and maybe take an oatmeal bath or put on cool 'oatmeal' compresses to see how that helps.
