Hoping someone can recommend a private obstetrician in Essex, Colchester or Chelmsford. I'm living abroad at the moment and will be home in the UK from 25 to 32 weeks pg. I'll need a blood test and check up at 28 weeks and, although my local NHS surgery will probably oblige, I don't want to risk being refused treatment as, although we're home in the UK regularly we may be considered as not resident. I also don't want to take the piss out of a stretched NHS to be honest. So, does anyone know where I can see someone privately? Thanks for any recommendations.
