Any ideas what this could be? I've been feeling it for weeks but I assumed it was my iron levels as I feel exactly the same as when I had low iron in previous pregnancy. I found out this morning that my levels are 11.7 so it can't be that.

I have a drs appt for tomorrow morning but I'm a little worried now that I know it isn't what I thought.

I feel quite bad at the moment too, faint, breathless (just walking from one room to another and whilst sitting and I'm not that unfit!) and generally ill. I'm just sitting down and feel like I'm going to faint.

Anyone have any ideas?

My best friend had all of the above and it was her iron levels. Her doc put her on some tablets and at 21 weeks she has now lost the above symptoms. I think her doc wants her to stay on the tablets for another fortnight and then she can come off them. You're seeing your doc tomorrow, which is the right thing to do. Try not to worry about it. x

That's what I thought but at 11.7 it couldn't be that I think, mine went down to 8 in a previous pregnancy and I don't remember feeling this bad! Thanks though, I'm hoping it's nothing bad as I have so much to deal with at the moment as it is.

I do have low blood pressure, could it be that? I've been googling and it also mentions low blood sugar, I have pcos so maybe that could cause it too?

I really feel like I'm going to faint...

Are you on any meds? I have been like this since early pregnancy getting steadily worse until they took me off my BP meds. I am still tired & get breathless/palpitations but no where near as often. Was practically constant until 2 weeks ago and now only a couple of times a day.

My BP is measuring low and my pulse is high but both within normal ranges (only just). Mention to MW/Dr as mine has been quite worried about me which made me assume its not normal!

I'm seeing the consultant again tomorrow so if they give any solutions will pass them on!
