exercises for an expanding arse

I'm still exercising - light jog, brisk power walking, pilates etc - but I feel like my arse is getting flabbier.

Anyone know of anything specific exercises to tone upper thighs and arse that are safe during pregnancy?

Squats and lunges (just make sure you are ok balance-wise, hold on to chair if nec).

Stand and lift one leg out to side and lower, holding chair in front of you if nec.

On all 4s, one leg out behind you bent at right angles, lift and lower leg behind you (without moving back).

Stand with hands leaning against a wall, lift and lower straight leg out behind you.

Lie on your side, legs straight but slightly forward of you. Lift top leg slightly and bring it foward then back.

Above are all from Davina's and Erin O'Brien's pre-natal fitness DVDs so should be fine.
