So I am about 6 - 7 weeks pregnant.

I feel really hot in the evening when I am at home and my legs are really figgety.

I feel really sick all the time, unless I am constantly eating something like bread. As long as I am chewing on something I seem to be ok. Apart from waking up at 5am this morning and running to the toilet. I feel as though I have motion sickness.

I am sooo tired....at work right now I could easily just go to sleep. I dont know how I will get through the next three hours. Doesnt sound like a lot but it seems like a mountain right now....

My boyf says I am constantly moaning and groaning in my sleep.

Anyone have these? Im not alone am I? I feel like Im going crazy

This are, in fact, totally and completely normal pregnancy symptoms! I had almost all of these and a few others besides (horrific food aversions, ludicrous sense of smell, chronic thirst, etc.). For many the worst of the sickness and so on eases up after the first 3 months or so.

Congratulations.

Well think of it this way, if it only lasts til 12 weeks you've only got abut 5 weeks to go... For me it lasted til about 15 weeks, but it can vary a lot.

I got through it by constantly eating plain/dry/carby foods (so keep snacking), going to bed earlier and earlier, completely stopped doing all the cooking and DH had to do it (sight and smell proper food made me retch), wearing those travel wrist bands (helped a tiny bit), and generally being a right bad tempered whingey grump for a few weeks. In the thick of it I could not imagine that I would EVER enjoy normal food again - whereas now I'm eating everything in sight!

Still get tired easily but not as badly as the first tri, there were times when I kept taking my temp, convinced I had a fever, when in fact I was just feeling so hot, exhausted, grotty and horrible but nothing was actually wrong. All normal pregnancy stuff but it can really take it out of you, so make sure your boyfriend is gentle with you and helps out. Good luck.

Hi RoxyLady,

I'm 11 weeks and have the same symptoms!

Sickness comes and goes for me, today it's back with a vengeance. I give up on the three meals a day routine and just eat bland food little and often.

I'm hoping that when the magical week 12 arrives my symptoms will just disappear! But looking at a lot of the other ladies on here it might stick around for a good month yet

Congrats on your pregnancy and here's hoping those nasty affects don't stick around too long! x
