at least it's only just happened to you ! I got mine at 13.

Not sure if it will go away after pregnancy actually. With a bit of luck it will, head hair thins doesn't it so maybe it all does.

sodit · 08/06/2010 21:10

i had it both times with mine, it does go and was told it means you are having a boy which i did both times

mololoko · 08/06/2010 21:38

A - yes
B - unlikely
C - mostly

I got a girl though. And some bonus chin hair for good measure.

I'm 24 weeks with baby number 1 and have an impressive growth of fur on my belly. My sister did too but hers went (4 kids and it went 4 times).
If you do turn into an ape you shouldn't have too much trouble with discipline during the teenager years though.

babynelly2010 · 08/06/2010 22:36

I extra hairs on my belly, tweezed them off today, only 6 weeks thought, what will happen later ....

Jacksmybaby · 09/06/2010 08:56

I have noticeably more hairy boobs as well as a hairy tummy thankfully fine blonde hairs but still, MINGING!

(p.s. pg with my 2nd and yes it does go away afterwards phew!!)

I got chin, boob and belly hair, so think yourself lucky

the belly hair mostly went, the boob hair went entirely (thank fuck) but one stubborn bastard chin hair remains. grr.

p.s. don't wax it unless you actually want to peel yourself off the ceiling

EmmaKateWH · 09/06/2010 21:27

I know! isn't it horrifying? My sister who is a doctor and looks at tummies every day assures me that mine is not "that" hairy compared to lots of other lady's tummies - but still, it is revolting. I waxed my tummy when I was doing my legs a couple of weeks ago and it actually hasn't grown back, although no doubt it will. Pregnancy is just one indignity after another!

yes had horrible nasty black hairs on my belly, but it all disappeared pretty quickly afterwards! Its one of those things no-one ever tells you about pregnancy!

No chin/boob hair to report
