I'm 25 weeks now and can feel him all the time - but 99.9% are still little sweet nudges!!!

Hello,

I felt little nudges at 15 weeks but now I'm 24 weeks the little one does nothing but kick and punch feels like I'm a constant punching bag x

hmmm...cant really remember when the dreaded kung-fu chopping started...im nearly 33 weeks now with my first and he's be kicking the crap out of me for a good few weeks now!! even worse at the mo, he kicked me in the ribs so hard the other night i nearly cried...i miss those sweet little nudges, little reminders that there was a baby in there. now i get an almighty punch or kick as if to say 'hey sit up i havent got any room in here'!!

Yes those nice little nudges ahhh

Mine is in training to be olympic gymnast. Triple summersaults, starjumps, forward rolls and I think a few cartwheels. So painful sometimes I have to just stop what i am doing and wait for it to finish.

And sometimes it lasts all day!!!! I hope this is not a preview of what her life on the outside will be like

I was 13 weeks when I felt little bubble sensations, I started feeling little kicks around 16/17 weeks. Now they are getting harder and more frequent - still shocks the life out of me when I feel it, I jump at some of the big kicks. I wish my partner could feel them though, he is getting really down that I can feel them and he cant (I'm 22 weeks now) but I told him just to wait as he will feel them later on and possibly see them (hand or foot)!
Does anyone know when this usually happens so I can calm him down a bit

Chelle1986 · 09/06/2010 12:50

I found that my partner couldn't feel them either - but I am now 25 weeks and if I put his hand on my lower tummy while we are laid in bed at night at we both lay still he can then feel him moving - only very slightly - but enough to make him happy!

My friend is 38 weeks now and she has had feet sticking out here there and everywhere since about 30 weeks I think.

I a way I don't want him to start beating the crap out of me - but in another I can't wait - just makes it even more real I guess. Bit freaky though!!

I didn't start getting big kicks and rolling around until about 30 weeks and I am now 33 weeks and I have to say that I am missing the sweet little nudges and think that I am in for lot of kung fu moves in the weeks to come judging by my current acrobatic baby!!

At about 27 weeks. I'm almost 30 weeks now and most days I get a few sharp kicks along with all the other movements.

If I rest one of my arms over my bump I sometimes get a swift kick as if to say 'MOVE YOUR ARM'.

crazyh · 10/06/2010 14:52

1st time I felt a proper kick was at about 21 wks am nearly 25 now and she never stops. The best was about a week ago, my dp proper freaked when he saw my bump move, I have missed most tv over the past few weeks as I much prefer to watch my belly rather than the soaps

crazyh · 10/06/2010 14:57

Sooofee, I think most people dont usually see it till about 30wks, going from what my older sister has said/ experienced, I think I can due to me only still being a size 8 clothes, I just look like I have a football up my top lol.

Last night!

I am 24+3 (anterior placenta + this is my first baby) and for weeks have been really, irrationally worried about not feeling the baby. Last weekend it clicked that the bubbles popping against me low down my abdomen were in fact the baby! Phew!!!

Then, last night, the bubbles were so extreme that my tummy was actually moving! I guess the baby was doing some serious moving/turning/gymnastics!
