Only 4 days! And actually, that brings me nearly back to my EDD based on my LMP. An early scan had tentatively put me at 5 days less than I had thought based on LMP, but it seems now that that wasn't accurate.

Are you having a scan at 10 weeks based on your short period/implantation bleed, so that it's 14 weeks if it was an implantation bleed? Or are you having an earlier scan to get a better idea?

If you want the NT measurement done, it has to be done between 10 and 13+6 weeks so you need to know your dates.

A friend of mine went for her 12 week scan and got told that she was 16 weeks, with twins - eeek. She'd had a light bleed which she now assumes was implantation.

Does your local scanning place do Early Pregnancy scans if you're concerned? St Georges in SW London near me does for example... might be worth having look....

omg at twins
I was a week further along than expected so 12+6 at scan rather than 11+5 as I thought

OliviaMumsnet re the twins - and as she'd had a c-section before they said that if she got to 36 weeks they'd c-section them out rather than risk labour so she only knew she was pregnant for seven months....! Twins are cute though 6lb 7 and 6lb 1 which is a great size...

Thinking about my scan I had my dates moved 5 days earlier - but I knew they were wrong...! They predicted due date of 8/8, I predicted 13/8. Baby came on 12/8!! Size of baby isn't the same as 'maturity' of baby. Some are cooked when they're smaller than others.... not that the midwife liked it when I expressed that opinion....
