Just wanted to know the general opinion regarding birth experiences at Treliske. Just moved back down here after being away for a while, and have been chatting to friends who've recently had babies and their partners and the reviews are very mixed.
One of the girls I know was left to give birth on a trolley in the corridor on the way up to the ward having had no pain relief, because they thought she was just moaning. By the time they realised she was telling the truth, it was too late and her DC was being born also have heard of someone else in a similar experience. On the other hand, I have heard people saying they've had really positive experiences.
I'm not trying to scare myself, but at the same time I'd rather have all the facts and go in prepared iyswim, so please share your experiences with me; good or no so great. Thanking you in advance
