Tiger Balm in Pregnancy - ok?

Is tiger balm ok in pregnancy? (for a friend, not me!!)

Any other natural insect repellents out there for use when pregnant, in particular in the early stages?

Re insect repellants I would have thought citronella-based ones without DEET would be ok? I would check with pharmacist though as I'm not sure.

I was told to try and find some meant for babies as they'll be totally DEET free.
