Bambino Direct - Those who cancelled an order straight away, how long did it take to get your money back?

Sorry I'm fairly new to Mumsnet and I don't know if this is in the right section, but I would like to know - for those who you who have used Bambino Direct and cancelled an order either straight away or within 7 days, how long did you have to wait for the money to arrive back in your account?

P.S: I have already read hundreds of bad reviews so I know about their poor customer service. I just want to kno how long it will take for my money to be refunded to me. Thanks everyone
