Does anyone find that if they are absolutely knackered - baby moves less?

Hi, I found this when I was pregnant, and midwife said it was to do with not eating enough/not eating little and often to maintain a constant level of blood sugar. Basically if I had no energy from food, then baby wouldn't have any. Obvioulsy don't know if this is the same for you, or if it's before you're due to eat, but may be worth considering. If you don't think baby is moving enough though, speak to your midwife and put any concerns you have to rest.
