39 weeks, stomach & pain pain for 1 week...

Hi all,

Ive been getting Quite alot of BH for a few weeks now but for the last 4 or 5 days ive been getting bad lower back pain and stomach pains,

It doesnt burn or sting when i wee but ive heard that back pain could be sign of infection? could this still be without the stinging or burning?

Has the baby recently done a big position change? Has the bump dropped down? Could this be the cause of the back pain? When you say stomach pain do you mean like cramping? Could you have eaten something that's upset you?
If in doubt ask your GP or midwife.
