This may seem like a silly question but I am on hols for a couple of weeks and am doing about 40mins of my pregnancy yoga DVD everyday, as well as walking, but not much else. I have done Astanga yoga for years, as well as lots of other sport, but have only ever done yoga once a week. I wondered, is it possible to do too much pregnancy yoga? I didn't think it could be really as it isn't hardcore...I am 31 weeks today BTW. Thanks!
