Sudden dizziness at 18 weeks - should I be worried?

I'm currently 18+2 with my first - on way into work this morning had a sudden heavy sensation in my lower abdomen, which seems to have eased since I got here and sat down. Now I feel really light-headed, but not sure whether to worry or not as that's a fairly common symptom.

Only niggle is that my last urine test had +2 white blood cells and so was sent off for testing as I've already had one UTI. Been chasing my midwife but no results yet - could be symptoms possibly be related to a UTI?

Thanks

Could be linked, also could be low BP.Its common at this stage of pregnancy.

Or you may be slightly anemic. Worth getting all these checked out as all minor but can make you miserable and become serious if left.

Bizarre, spoke to my midwife and she said no UTI based on sample taken last week. She also said that my iron levels wouldn't have dropped so far from my last blood test to be causing dizzyness. Will def take a spatone tonight anyway!

Perhaps low blood pressure? Or maybe a virus...

Thanks for the thoughts
