Sinus tachycardia

Any advice on sinus tachycardia???? I was planning a homebirth and it now looks like I will be advised against this. Help!!!

I (apparently) have this. I had to have an ECG yesterday and now I am getting referred to a cardiologist. My pulse was 139 - 153 resting yesterday.
