hello, i'm 40 weeks tomorrow and i had a midwife appointment today and in my notes it says im 1/5th and then underneth 1:60 in the engaged collum does this mean he's nearly fully engaged or not atall? she did mention he was as low as he's going to get and i have been getting period pain type crampings since yesterday.. thanks
