How do you know the differance? Im 26 weeks pregnant and have been clear of ms for a few weeks now, or so i thought. Today and yesterday ive been quite sick and i dont know if ive got a bug or if its just the morning sickness again. How can i tell?

I dont think its unusual to find that MS can come and go. My Ms 'went' at about 16/17 weeks but even now if i am over tired or feeling under the weather it can come back.

Does this sickness 'feel' the same as before, do you have any other symptoms that might indicate another illness (diarrhoea, fever, chills etc).?

Have you eaten anything which might have just disagreed with you - something greasy for example. I find I can not tolerate things like fish and chips now and would puke if I ate them (am 19 weeks). I think if you had a bug you would know - ie. it's usually quite intense and v frequent. Have you been overdoing things at all?

IME MS feels more like a very bad hangover or travel sickness - that dehydrated, headachey kind of sickness. Whereas usually with a bug you have more of a poorly tummy generally e.g. tummy pains and diarrhoea, and/or a fever.

Agree with GAFU MS can come and go.
