Possible mad question about baby in construction changing food habits?

Is it possible for a baby in construction to change the way a mother digests fat?

I have noticed I am getting terrible bouts of trots after eating a fatty meal, just wondered if it could be pregnancy related or if I may need to get seen by gp.

Hoping it is pregnancy related then I can go back to eating my much needed chippy tea on a friday, I can't hold my head up in the streets due to maybe having to forego my chippy tea friday. I have had them since I was a nipper visiting my nan, it is an unwritten rule in these parts that everyone must get chippy tea on a friday.

Help a worried Lancastrian by telling me this is a temporary glitch!

Thank you in advance

I'd think probably yes, it's down to baby... I currently can't stomach anything spicy and REALLY don't want a curry, even a mild one. BUT, I can eat white bread which normally has terrible effects on my digestive system. Every cloud has a silver lining! Hope you find yours soon

Oh god I want a chippy tea now. Whenever I'm back home I eat chips all the time. With masses of vinegar. MASSES. And so much salt they almost crunch. Oh wow, I want a chippy tea... Fries are fine, but they're not proper chips. I was by the seaside recently and there was nary a whiff of vinegar...

Ahem. I mean, I've noticed my digestion changing quite a lot. Apparently blood is diverted from the process and into the process of building-the-baby, so that's why things are a little, erm, slower and why I'm farting so much other things change. Maybe that's it?
